Are you new to zentangling, like me? Does it look like fun, but you’re not sure if you can do it? Are you doubtful when you hear “There are no mistakes in zentangles”?

This is a swap for folks who would like to try out zentangling but might be a little intimidated by some of the great work they’ve seen out there.

For this one, we’ll stick to basic black and white. One ATC to one partner, so think quality rather than quantity. Take your time and send your best effort, and please put some sort of backing on your ATC so it's fairly sturdy. Standard ATC size, please: 2.5 x 3.5". If it’s not great art, that’s OK, since we’re beginners. The important thing is to give it your best try and to have fun. :-)

Minimum rating of 4.8. No recent no-sends. Newbies welcome with filled-out profile. Experienced zentanglers also welcome, as long as you wouldn’t mind receiving someone’s first effort.

I work on ZenTC's all the time even though I'm new at it. I have a several ready to go as soon as partners are assigned.

Don't worry, Vreyainlove, I'm a super newbie at this and don't have the steadiest hand, either. It's a good place to start--with a beginners swap. ;-)

marymoon22 I'm really new to this but zentangling is a zen-like sort of doodling. You can find examples of it here

I'm becoming addicted. I keep ATC blanks and a pen in my pocket ALL the time. partners should be asssigned tonight and mine would be in the mail tomorrow if it weren't a holiday. BLAH! LOL
