I have seen several August birthday card swaps on Swap-bot but no birthday present yet. Since it's my birthday in August I decided to host this swap myself. This swap is for swap-botters who have their birthday in August. You can post your exact birthday date in the section below. You will have one partner. You have to send one small birthday gift to your partner (think $2-$3. It can be homemade, but look in your partners profile and send something of which you are sure your partner will like. You also have to send a birthday wish, it can be an ATC or a homemade card or even a storebought card. You have to pay attention to the package (make something very nice, of which you would be very happy to receive yourself) No Newbies in this swap. You are no longer a Newbie when you have finished and been rated for at least 10 swaps. No no-sents in the last 3 months, unless there is a very good reason for that (please pm me when you want to subscribe and have a recent 1 rating) This swap is international.

yeah, the postage cost is making me think about this one. The international postage is starting to kill me. One #10 envelope to Brazil cost me $5. Can't send much for a nice birthday in a #10. Here I can use a stuff mailer for $5 and send up to 70#. I really wanted to do this one so my daughter could get some mail from other than me and bills. If a regional one shows up I am definitely in!! Hope you do September as that's my birthday month but not international though. thanks, I'll keep watching
