Description:

Hello! This is the first swap I am hosting so please be patient with me! I have enjoyed participating in swaps over the last year and have loved the Stuff the Mailbox swaps hosted by ladyaduial the best! I am so grateful they will be back in January! Check it out - amazing organizer and tons of friendly people! I love scrapbooking and junk journaling and absolutely love receiving happy mail and hope this will be fun!

Happy Mail Extravaganza – Scrap & Journal Edition (USA Only)

Ready to brighten someone’s day with a mailbox full of creative joy? In this swap, you’ll send envelopes stuffed with goodies that your partners can use for scrapbooking, junk journaling, crafting, or snail mail decorating. Each envelope should include a thoughtful assortment of flat items - at least 10 please - but feel free to go beyond that if you’re inspired. There’s no required envelope size; just make sure your package feels fun, generous, and worth your partner’s time and effort.

You’ll have 10 partners, so plan ahead to ensure you have enough materials to create unique and interesting envelopes for everyone. Be sure to include a small note with your Swap-bot username and the swap name so your partners can rate you easily. Take care to package your items neatly and protect them from bending or damage in the mail. Decorate the envelope to spread some joy!

You can send almost anything that fits the creative theme. Some ideas include washi tape samples, stickers, die cuts, scrapbook paper, vintage book pages, journaling cards, postcards, stamped images, tags, notecards, envelopes, or ephemera. You might even want to include profile-based items for a personal touch. Just make sure everything you send is in good condition - nothing torn, stained, or unusable.

If there’s ever a mailing delay or issue, please reach out to your partner and communicate kindly. This swap is about connection and creativity, not perfection, so let’s keep it positive and supportive. I have experienced mailing issues myself and a gentle check-in letting your partner know is all that is needed to make it right!

This is a USA-only swap, and participants must have a rating of 4.8 or higher to join. Let’s fill those mailboxes with color, inspiration, and kindness - one envelope at a time.
