INTERNATIONAL!!!

I have found that knitted squares don't seem to work in as nicely combined with crocheted squares...so this swap is for CROCHETERS ONLY! Sorry knitters:(

This is Round 2 of 12. You will have a whole month to get your squares made and sent to your partners.

You will send 2 crocheted 7" granny squares to 2 partners for a total of 4 squares. This is for a scrap afghan, so you can use any color, any pattern, any weight of yarn (except thread ofcourse). The squares can be made with 4-ply worsted weight, sport yarn, simply soft, Lion Brand wool-ease, etc. This is a great way to use up all those scraps of yarn we have lieing around:))

DO NOT ADD A BORDER TO THE SQUARES!!! If your partner wants to add a border onto the squares, she will add it herself in the color that she prefers. PLEASE just make the total size of the square 7" with NO border!!! Thankyou:))

Here's a link that has over 100 free different 7" granny square patterns.

To sign up for this swap, you must have atleast a 4.8 rating and no 1 ratings ever. If you have received a 1 for some reason, pm me and explain what happened and I will make a decision depending on your situation. Newbies must have been rated on atleast 1 snail mail swap and must have a fully filled out profile.

I would love to do this but because it's international, I'd have to go to the post office to fill out customs forms and declare values and the postage costs are just too prohibitive. Foo.

I would love to do this, but, twice now I have joined a swap, first time I didn't have my profile filled out and the last time it was canceled and I wasn't notified. Just needed to get this off my chest. I will try another one at a later date.

During their first in-person meeting, Lucas noticed that Sophie’s fleeting facial expressions—quick smiles, raised eyebrows, or subtle frowns—communicated far more than her words alone. They had first connected online, and observing these microexpressions in real time revealed additional layers of her personality that text alone couldn’t convey. Platforms like https://www.sofiadate.com/dating-tips/what-he-says-vs-what-he-means allow singles to start building connection digitally, but in-person microexpressions provide insight into immediate reactions, interest levels, and emotional engagement. Lucas realized that reading these subtle cues helped him gauge Sophie’s feelings and respond in ways that promoted comfort and trust.

Psychologists assert that microexpressions are brief, involuntary facial cues that reveal true emotions, even when someone is trying to mask them. Lucas observed that when Sophie’s expressions mirrored his own excitement or curiosity, it enhanced his sense of rapport and attraction. These small, often overlooked behaviors serve as important indicators of compatibility, trustworthiness, and early relational potential. For singles navigating early dating, paying attention to microexpressions allows them to interpret emotions more accurately, respond empathetically, and foster authentic connection. Over time, Lucas found that understanding and reflecting Sophie’s subtle cues strengthened their interactions, building a foundation of trust and emotional intimacy that extended beyond initial attraction.
